Owen **4 Years old**???

Yes my little Owie is now 4.  He had a really fun birthday party and I managed to not take 1 picture the entire day.  That should not surprise anyone.  Though I am getting a tiny bit better at remembering to take photos now and then!!!  I seem to miss some of the more important days.  But it was still a good day.  I think he felt very special, which seems to be all a kid really wants for their birthday anyway.  But I think it may be a good moment to post some from his first year of life.  Where did 4 years go?  Man alive!!! These kids are growing up fast.  We love you Owen.

We saw lots of fireworks.   The Edmond parade.  Hung out with friends.  Swam.  Nothin' but a good weekend!

Tulsa

We decided to take a tiny trip to Tulsa.  Only about an hour and a half away, but we heard there were some fun things to do up that way...so off we went.  We got tickets to the play "Oklahoma" at a really cool outdoor theatre that was super fun and family friendly.  Had a great time until half way through when it started to storm.  They stopped the show and renewed our tickets to come back whenever we want.  So win win I guess.  Now we get to go back and see it again.  Didn't get any pictures that day.

We stayed the night at a hotel and headed to the Oklahoma aquarium the next morning.  Pretty fun.  I did get a few photos there.

Do swimming lessons ever end?  This summer we have been doing outside ones...much better!  But still somewhat taxing...

Austin Turns 7...May 12th

Where does a kid want to go to celebrate his seventh birthday with his family???   That's right...Chuck E Cheese!!  Everyone had a great time.  Pizza.  Soda.  Cake.  Plenty of games.  Oh, and don't forget  earning a million tickets so that you can take home a piece of candy, a plastic slinky, and a pencil.  We love you Austin!!!
